6 nights among rice terraces and jungle...This ecological resort is surrounded by natural tropical forest,near the peaceful river of Bajera, Selemadeg, Tabanan, Bali.

Gaia Bali New Earth Immersion
1. Do I need a visa for Bali?No advance visa application is needed. Upon arrival at the airport, you can easily obtain a Visa on Arrival for about €30, valid for 30 days.
If you wish to stay longer, you can extend your visa locally or contact us for guidance.⸻2. When should I arrive (Arrival Window)?The Arrival Window is on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
You can arrive anytime throughout the day at our first retreat location.
We’ll organize transfer services from the airport or your accommodation and share all final details well in advance.
Solo travelers are welcome to reach out — we’re happy to connect participants who wish to travel together.⸻3. How does departure work (Departure Window)?Departure will be organized individually during the retreat.
We’ll coordinate transportation and transfers depending on your onward travel plans or extended stay in Bali.⸻4. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
• You may cancel up to 30 days before the retreat (by January 1, 2026) without explanation.
• Refunds are not issued in cash. Instead, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the full retreat value, valid for any future Gaia Body Retreat.
• In emergency cases, we’ll handle the situation personally and find a fair, compassionate solution.⸻5. Who is this retreat for?This immersion is designed for anyone who wants to:
• Deepen their connection to spirit, body, and consciousness,
• Experience inspiration, community, and aliveness,
• Break free from old paradigms and explore new ways of being.No prior experience is required — we guide both beginners and seasoned practitioners.⸻6. Are there any health considerations (contraindications)?There are no general restrictions.
If you’re taking medication or have any physical or emotional concerns, please mention it during your Discovery Call so we can support you appropriately.
Pregnant participants are welcome but may need to opt out of certain sessions (e.g. Breathwork).⸻7. What should I pack?A detailed packing list will be sent to you at least four weeks before the retreat.
There’s nothing essential you can’t easily find on Bali.
All necessary items and equipment are provided on site.⸻8. What about room options?
Yes.
We offer both private rooms and shared rooms (gender-specific).
Our standard retreat prices are for a shared room.
If you prefer a private room, please contact us directly — this is subject to availability and usually comes with an additional cost of 300–400 €.
Some participants may receive room upgrades through special promotions or giveaways.
